Because many items are small-batch, limited, or made-to-order, I keep this policy simple and fair.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email info@carlysullens.com with your order number.

Non-returnable items

• Digital downloads.

• Sale items.

• Gift cards (if applicable).

• Opened or used items, including decks with removed shrink wrap or visibly worn packaging.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@carlysullens.com within 14 days of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and the item. I’ll make it right by either replacing it or issuing a refund, depending on availability.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on my end.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
