Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer, I’ll always do my best to communicate clearly if that happens.

Shipping methods and delivery time
Shipping time begins once your order has been handed off to the carrier. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking
If tracking is included, you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delays are unfortunately outside my control. If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved in a while, contact info@carlysullens.com and I’ll help you troubleshoot and open a claim when possible.

International shipping (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
